There are big changes coming to the Construction Exchange Christmas Luncheon this year. A complete revamp actually. These changes are driven by our goal to provide the best member experience possible with an event members will enjoy, attend in numbers, and raise funds for the Construction Industry Education Foundation.
For starters, the event will no longer be a luncheon. It will be a cocktail reception from 2:00 to 4:00pm. The full program previously held during lunch is being replaced by a much briefer version to recognize outgoing board members and announce board of governor election results.
The location is changing as well. The Cocktail Reception is moving to a place known for holiday tradition – Salvatore’s.
The event will still be a fundraiser for the Construction Industry Education Foundation, an organization leading the way locally on the workforce challenges facing our industry, but we are replacing our auction with the “12 Days of Christmas” that saw so much success last year. We will draw 12 winners for the 12th Day of Christmas at the reception and we will sell tickets for days 11 to one, which will be drawn virtually in the days following the event.
One thing that will not change is our tradition of construction industry camaraderie and the membership coming together to celebrate the holiday season and look forward to what is to come in 2022. We hope you will join us!
